Our team aggressively supports the application and implementation of a written safety and health program and we employ continual safety training for all employees.  These efforts have been recognized by Mosaic for the past 6 years through awards for Excellence in Leadership and Safety Performance.   These awards were presented to Omega Consultants, Inc. for demonstrating safety leadership, exemplary safety performance, and a consistent commitment to reporting requirements.

Omega Consultants, Inc. prides itself in providing a professional and safe work environment at all times.  Our written safety and health program has been developed to anticipate common jobsite hazards and to address the unique hazards that many of our work environments also introduce through additional policy and procedure.  Omega Consultants, Inc.’s goal is  to fully comply with any additional requirements made  by our clients.

It is the policy of Omega Consultants, Inc. to take all practical steps to safeguard our employees, subcontractors and the general public and to maintain an effective safety program at all times.  We conduct audits of job activities, promptly and thoroughly reviews all accidents, and immediately act on any opportunity for improvement.  A background check and drug testing is also completed by all new employees and subcontractors.
